can you live today without the new technology?

OMG! this was a question asked by my daughter the other day pertaining to the new technologies we have.. viz., cellphones, internet..
admittedly, i had just a minute to pause, then replied that i can do without a cellphone..

but the internet? NO WAY! My whole day revolves around the internet!!!!

..frantically watch local tv shows via my PC.. that is to say..i start with "unang hirit" and end at "money wars"

.. send sms via chikkatext

..then open up another window/tabs for my games, blogs, emails, FS, FB, PTCs, search, etc..

wooooh! that's what you call multi-tasking!

so.. how would you expect a person like me to live a day without an internet???

DARN... i really don't know..
i just love the company..
it helps to further enhance my knowledge..
consequently exercising my brain each day..

i always refuse the idea that the new generation surpasses the knowledge of oldies when it comes to these technologies..

nah! with parents like me around.. youngsters would still be needing elders' opinion..
after all, we still gain wisdom by experience...
and with that, we always have the edge point...
