as he informed me of his condition (minor flu), our son (17 mos) started behaving indifferently.. it's as if he's feeling something but don't know what.. he's been relentlessly crying.. not in any mood to play.. just wanted to cuddle in my arms.. (which really nearly got into my nerves because i can't do anything... grrrr.. :P)
i recounted this to my husband and asked him if he's already feeling okay.. perhaps not wanting me to worry, he said he is..
so, we just assumed that the cause of our son's behavior may be due to his developing molars.. the thing is, he's been in this constant annoying responses which does not relate much if a baby is just uneasy with the emergence of new teeth.. he did not even have a fever nor loose bowel movements..
..until the third day..
hubby and i regularly exchange messages first thing in the morning but it was only after giving my babies a bath (ie., already after lunch) that i was able to check the message, since babyboy is still "under possess" - as we labeled it (with tantrums), that time...
so, what's with all these brouhaha? upon checking the message, it mentioned the usual good mornings and something like 'i'm feeling ok now.. how's babyboy?'
pfffft! suddenly.. it's as if that an angel passed by and took the crying out of our son.. at that very instant!
i don't know how nor why.. but he started playing since then.. and acted his usual self--bubbly and comic..
this could be an unusual occurrence..
just coincidence, we may say..
well, strong paternal connection perhaps..
or as i may term it - intense empathy?

i just had to slip this in.. my penne rigate in pesto sardines sauce.. this is what you call cooking with a style and naming it exquisitely so as to conceal the fact that you don't have a prepared dish to cook.. LOL ..
